Printer Sweeps is a proactive maintenance program that reduces the cost of printer services and improves the quality of printed documents. Two printer sweeps each year are preformed by a certified technician.

Printer Sweeps can be performed on black laser, color laser and dot matrix printers. Each inspection includes: cleaning the paper path, reconditioning all rollers and performing necessary adjustments and lubrication. If replacement parts are recommended during this visit and you purchase them from us within 30 days of the sweep, you will not pay a labor charge for the installation. You will only pay the cost of the replacement parts.
