Place a Service Call
Before you call, have this information available:
  1. Your name, company name, your department and phone number.
  2. Make, model and serial # of the problem machine.
  3. If you are receiving an error message, record the exact message.
  4. Any recent changes made to the system .

    Then make your call.

  6. Ask for the Service Department. The Dispatcher will answer.
  7. Give the Dispatcher a brief but detailed description of your problem so it may be directed to the proper technician or manager. If you wish to leave a voice mail for a technician or manager, please do so after asking the Dispatcher to place a service call. If the call is not entered through Dispatch it may delay the response time. Also, it is important that you relate the urgency of the call to the Dispatcher so it is treated accordingly.
  8. Once the call has been placed, Dispatch determines the required skill set and assigns it to a technician.
  9. Response time will vary based on the the request.
