A panel of area professionals will choose three finalists and the grand prize winner will be announced at the Microsoft Across America Experience Tour event October 26th at 5 p.m. in the Erb's parking lot at 4935 Bowling Street SW. Erb's is hosting an Open House in conjunction with the event from Noon – 7 p.m. with lunch served. A Vendor Fair will run during the day as well. The two runners-up will receive an HP iPAQ.  Applications must be completed and submitted by 5 p.m., Friday, October 12th.

Application requirements:

1. Your company must have between 5 and 50 employees
2. Your company must be a Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce member in good standing

If you wish to participate, fill out the application and return it to Erb's or the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber, or submit online at www.erbs.com or www.cedarrapids.org.

Please also consider submitting a creative video application to illustrate your need for a makeover. Video applications should accompany the paper application.
